This message started popping up yesterday for me. I have money in my account so that can’t be why. I have used the same shipping settings for all of my orders so I can’t figure out why this is happening.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing and if so, what did you do to correct it?

I've had it a few times. Usually if I log out of the label screen and try again it goes through without an issue.
