Sorry, don't understand this whole scenario, but don't sell any longer, so maybe this can be explained by someone.
Was under the impression that Carol Stream, IL, was a forwarder for the EIS. As with all freight forwarders, I thought that, once there is tracking proving delivery to the FF, the seller's responsibility is over.
So, this is an actual eBay facility, are you saying that eBay (not the seller) takes responsibility for the fact that buyers are opening INR cases and eBay is refunding the buyers?
And you mention that the buyers then repurchase the items from you. How does the item get back to you, is it returned from Carol Stream? Why would a buyer purchase again, do they not think the same thing will happen?
