Hello,
In early November I sold a relatively high dollar item (approx. $500) to a buyer in Australia. Nearly two months later I received a message from him saying that he was still waiting for it to arrive. I tracked the package and discovered that it had gone through the international shipping center in Kentucky, passed through customs, and has been sitting at a fedex facility in Australia. They made two attempts to deliver the package, but the buyer has provided a P.O. box and the package is not deliverable. I asked him for an alternate address, but he has ignored this and asked me several times to refund his payment. Ebay customer service advised that I simply ignore this, but I don't wish to screw the guy out of his money. Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this mess?
Thanks,
Dave

If the buyer has a non deliverable address that’s their problem.

Since you used the GSP and successfully delivered to KY, you are done. You did your job.
If the buyer didn't receive the item, it's on Ebay to sort it out. I don't use GSP so I don't know if there's a special way an item not received case needs to be filed, or if one would even apply since the package is not deliverable . Hopefully someone will come along shortly to let you know the correct procedure for this.
