Sold item to Guam and need HTS code for Customs form

Hello! This is my first time running into this customs form field so I'm a little lost a need some assistance. I sold a resin cemetery flower vase to a buyer in Guam and when I went to print the shipping label through ebay, there is a customs form field. I have not idea what fields I need to fill out, although I think I need to get the HTS code, but I'm not sure. When I went to search the HTS code for a resin vase, there were so many options I have no idea what I'm supposed to select. Is there a simple way to figure this out without having what seemed like 100's of HTS code options for the words "resin vase?" If I leave it blank does it not get sent? I'm lost and need help! Thanks!

This generally happens when the buyer enters Guam in the Country field instead of entering GU as the "state" and United States as the country.

As far as I can tell, the appropriate code is: 3924.90.5500

It is 69149000 for a resin flower vase.

The code @wastingtime101 provided is for a plastic flower vase with an aluminum cover.

Wouldn't it be better just to adjust the address so you don't need it?

That's not correct @fab_finds4u . Your code is for a dozen pieces of a ceramic article. Resin is not ceramic.

No idea where you're getting "aluminum cover" from as that's not part of the code I provided.

They can't change the country on eBay - they would have to go off eBay to make that kind of adjustment and some sellers are not comfortable with that.
