So I set up a promotional shipping rule (i think i did) so that if purchases are $99 or more will have free shipping. But how do I know if the rule is set up correctly or not?? I also want offer express shipping if buyer wants to have their items shipped faster but would that have the promotional shipping rule applied (free shipping) or does buyer pay?

here's your present rule:  Note that this is the only place I see the offer ............  You better check out the cost of express shipping before thinking about offering it........

I know the price of express but would it be free or buyer pay with the $99+ free shipping rule I have??
