In the past I always delivered my packages to post office & paid for postage their.

I understand how to print the postage on eBay and that's where my knowledge end.

What is the  procedure to send information to the post office for pick up?

I've never done it, but I think you can go to their web site and schedule a pick up.

You can either go to the usps.com site as detailed in the previous post, or you can do it in eBay right afteer you purchase your label. Scroll way down.
