Buyer pays, ask that I do not ship for a week, can I still print shipping label later???

Yes, you can indeed print the shipping label later. However, if you do not ship within your handling time, ebay will record a defect on your account.

I would suggest that you ask the buyer to go to his post office and file a VACATION HOLD, and then you can print your shipping label within your handling time. The buyer can pick up the package when he is able.

The buyer should have put his mail on hold.

You can print the label later, you can also print the label ahead of time by changing the shipping date on the label when you create it.
