Can anyone tell me how I change the ship to location to include overseas from UK to Romania for an item after it has been sold?

If you change the ship to location you lose all seller protection.

You’re saying that your listing showed shipping just to the UK but a buyer in Romania purchased it? If the buyer hasn’t paid yet you should be able to change the shipping location and shipping cost on the invoice and resend it.

As long as you ship to the address used at payment you will have seller protection.
