Shipping to Puerto Rico

My listing has domestic and international shipping options, but customers continue to massage me that I don't currently ships to Puerto Rico.

Please advice

If a customer is massaging you against your will, ask them firmly and politely to keep their hands to themselves.

I looked at one of your listings and clicked the see details link regarding shipping. There is a block "ships to" and Puerto Rico is on that list.

Do you still need help or did you figure out how to remove the exclusion @graciouskidst-50 ? I looked at 6 of your listings and don't see any PR exclusions.
