Shipping to Portland Oregon

I've sold 5 items and they have had Portland Oregon  addresses they get there but then I get a statement when I check the tracking  that they are waiting to be pick up. One item has been there since January  20th  and still is waiting  has anyone else had this problem. I do see it as a problem. I'm out my item and have to put a hold on that money in case I have to refund  does anyone know what's going on.

I'm assuming these are shipments to a freight forwarder in Portland and if you check tracking on USPS it will say delivered to agent for final delivery. Read below to see if it answers your questions. It's a long thread, you can skip most of it. Here are direct links to a few relevant posts:

The bottom line is if tracking on USPS shows "delivered to agent for final delivery" but the eBay tracking pop-up shows "the item is ready for pickup" then you're covered per eBay policy but may need to involve CS for a correct resolution to any potential claims.
