Shipping to India through the GSP?

I have a customer wanting to buy something, she is in India, she sees the message that this seller does not ship to your location. I have no excluded countries. How do I fix it?

India is not on the list of eligible countries GSP ships to.

Exclusion may be applied by GSP as their experience of shipping items to India may not ne positive and this could one of many reasons including delays, items lost or stolen in transit and postal service provider in India not able to offer GSP'S minimum required service level and possibly others.

If you think no one else will buy your item and you are keen to sell it now then you can take a risk and ship the item using your selected postal service provider.

This is getting very frustrating. A lot of sellers are using GSP which des not cover India. eBay should review this situation as I would find it hard to believe that logistics in India are not up to the mark to enable GSP to serve Indian buyers.
