Hello, I have noticed something very interesting about tracking when something is shipped from Serbia to Canada. It seems that when Canada Post is selected as a carrier under tracking option, two things can randomly happen:
1. The system picks the data indeed provided by Canada Post, which shows only the status from within Canada since the instance the item entered Canada. However, this is good, because the final delivery status can be read and marked as delivered. What is interesting is that when the tracking number is entered in Canada Post website, no data can be fetched., and if the same number is entered in Serbia's post website, only tracking data from within Serbia can be shown, excluding the data from Canada. The screenshot attached below, and pay attention to the title: 'Canada Post > CPC'
2. The system picks the data provided by Serbia's post, which shows only the status from within Serbia until the instance the item left Serbia. However, any further status can't be read later from Canada Post system, which is bad because the final delivery status can't be read and buyers can abuse this. Pretty much the opposite of case 1. The screenshot attached below, and pay attention to the title: 'Canada Post > Post Sebia'
What is the trick here? Is this a bug or there is an option to force case 1. above which is preferable?
