Shipping time

I have been getting some negative feedback due to long shipping times (over which I have no control).   And not just over the holidays.  I feel this is unfair, as I take pride in my reputation as a great seller. How can I contact eBay to ask that they remove that category from the feedback form?  Have any of you experienced this from buyers?

I don't see any negative feedback on your account so I won't go into how to get it removed (since there is none)

Ebay won't change anything there for you @teachertobey .

Buyers may check your feedback which is great. Rarely do they put any weight into DSR's. 

DSR's are mostly irrelevant.
