Shipping through shiply

Just a warning.  Don't do it. I know there's probably 90% of shiply carriers that are good reliable shippers. But why I say avoid them is shiply itself. They will not act as a reputable company.  I was ripped off by one of their carriers. I opened a dispute.  And asked for a refund.  Just received the dispute results.  Shiply cannot support anything I claim because they did not receive a response from the carrier.  So my claim is denied and they even say they will no longer even accept anything relating to this delivery.  Just a big go f off. 

Anywhere else in this country.  When a party doesn't show up to a dispute.  They lose the dispute.  Not at shiply.  You don't show up you automatically win . How bout that.

The same thing has happened to me. Shiply was paid my deposit, the carrier was paid half up front, picked up my belongings 2 months ago and flaked out without delivering. Where did you go from here?

Yep, going through the same thing. Paid a deposit to Shiply and agreed it all with the seller. Picked up the item after 3 weeks (!) and now, 3 months later has still not delivered and is talking about storage costs because I was away for a few days over Christmas and he said he planned to deliver then (bollox, he would’ve said at the time).

just a frustrating situation and Shiply are no help at all. He’s stolen my item and is getting away with it.

I used shiply to ship a transmission, it's 3 weeks late and I have no idea where it is or if I will ever get it back. Stay away from shiply. Uship is safe and the driver doesn't receive payment code till delivery. Shiply has been the worst experience I've ever experienced.
