Shipping service changed to Priority Mail

Item was listed to be shipped USPS Ground Parcel Select. When item sold the shipping service had changed to USPS Priority Mail.   There was no option to select Parcel Select  when printing label. Why did it change?

I can't see anything right off the bat. But then again I do not see anything that necessitates this book being shipped via ground. Often times there is very little difference in cost between Priority and Parcel Select until you exceed the 1 cubic foot size. There is quite a difference in shipping time though.
