Shipping return label

Ebay sent me a message to generate a return shipping label and it does not generate one. All it does is send me you have been refunded when I click on the message.

And have you been refunded? If you were refunded first, then no need to return the item and no label needed.

If the seller refunded you, the case is closed and you won't get a return shipping label.

Thank you for your input. I have been refunded but the ebay link was for generating a return label and the seller did say he wanted the defective article back to see what was wrong. I just feel bad. I have a perfect score with ebay.

Sometimes sellers don't understand the process and refund before they have it back, thinking they will get it back anyway.

If the seller still wants it back they can create a prepaid return label outside of eBay and email it to you so you can send it back, if you still have it.

Now he wants me to send him a private email to his private email address and I do not want to give out my personal info. No way. 😣

So stupid that eBay deleting shipping label before use.  I received the refund before printing the label... I contacted seller... how stupid can eBay be?
