Has anyone noticed they are being charged incorrect shipping on their sold item? This week I had an item ship media mail and I have my listing set to charge calculated, however, I was charged $1.05 more than the buyer! Had another one today where calculated Ground advantage charged the buyer $.01 less than it charged me. It's only a penny but I have NEVER seen the rates off at all. It should be exactly the same. Of course I called ebay about the media mail rate problem, which I saw a few months ago and I waited on hold for over 30 min and then they disconnected me!

You seem to have the wrong 'type' of shipping on most anything with Media Mail as you only sold 1 item, 2 weeks ago that would qualify.
The 'rest' of your items you have incorrect dimension/weight as you have a tie going to Cali (from you in NC) for $4.20- which would be more than that.
You need to look at each item and be sure you have the correct size/weight and then 'type' (best to bulk edit and change all items to 'Ground Advantage' as you have nothing that somebody 'needs' sooner using Priority (so get rid of the 'options')

@snoopy_love not sure if your media mail situation is due to an eBay issue or if your item doesn't qualify for media mail, but on the Ground Advantage one and just in general, yes there have been some funky things happening with shipping prices on eBay this week with fluctuations in rates for GA and Priority on a lot of shipments.
We've been trying to get answers from eBay since Saturday but so far....crickets.
devon@ebay this is now the third report I've seen of buyers being charged *less* than what sellers are being charged for Ground Advantage labels. When is eBay going to address this?

OP sold a book just 4 days ago. That listing is showing an appropriate postage cost for 3 pounds via MM. So if there's a glitch, it's in the label end of the operation not in the listing's shipping calculator.

@nobody*s_perfect @snoopy_love
missed that one- but there's another book with $12 shipping and other things that just DO NOT look like size/weight is correct....

When I go to the tie listing itself and try various ZIP Codes, including 90210 and the OP's own, I see the correct retail rates for a 4-ounce package. The postage costs which show up on the Results page (listing all of the seller's active listings) don't make any sense. This is a mess, but it's probably not the OP's fault.
