I am confused about the current problem / solution.
I am IE 11 and did NOT install a patch. (auto install is turned off).
After I 'purchased' a screen came up similar to the old screen. I hit 'print the label button'. It opened a new tab and presented a huge label with none of the associated information and no way to print. Was I supposed to do a screen print?
So instead, I went back to the first screen, and printed via the tiny printer icon. The shipping label printed but the size is too small.
Printing a shipping label via paypal is a nice suggestion, except then I have to come to ebay to print the packing slip - because paypal has messed around with the packing slip making it unacceptable. If it will let me print a packing slip. (I haven't tried it yet).
the final suggestion was 'if you are still having problems please contact Customer Service. Does that mean I have to call and speak to someone who cannot really help me or am I supposed to send an email for an automated response that bears no relation to my problem?
Life used to be so simple. Now I cannot seamlessly process packages at 4am before leaving for work.
Can anyone tell me what to do?
