Shipping orders.

Good Morning.

When I  list my products I always use Ground Advantage for shipping.

I received an order and it is marked- BUYER SELECTED FIRST CLASS.

??? Ground advantage is basically first class now with the USPS.

She paid the amount I had for the shipping costs and nothing more.

I noticed it last week on another order also , but again, I just shipped it out with  what I stated in my listing for shipping cost.

I never heard anything about it afterwards.

Has anyone else noticed this on any of their listings after they sell?

thank-you.

Re: Shipping orders.

I'm guessing that this sale was from an old listing that hasn't had its shipping updated since the USPS introduced Ground Advantage, or (more likely) you are listing your shipping as "USPS First Class Mail Large Envelope" rather than Ground Advantage.

As an example, this listing has been active since 2020, and it shows First Class rather than Ground Advantage:

Re: Shipping orders.

The framed motorcycle picture that you sold last month shows First Class shipping; perhaps you just never updated it.

Re: Shipping orders.

Simply edit all listings at one time that ship GA that 'used' to say 1st class. In reality..you can change ALL listings to GA since 1st Class was only 'less than 16oz' and had to ship Priority OVER 16 oz..now Both can ship GA.
