Apparently there is an issue with the adding tracking number to Ebay labels that have been purchased. I called and spoke with someone that says Ebay is aware and working on the issue.
It will allow you to purchase labels but it does not automatically add the tracking number or mark it as shipped. Beware of this before purchasing another label for your package. You can view your shipping labels to see what you have processed already. You can add the tracking number to the order as well as marking it shipped.
