I am attempting to print out a shipping label for an item that I sold and keep receiving an error message stating "It was not possible to generate the label. There must be at least one shipping item." I've never encountered this error before. Has anyone experienced this before and know how to correct it so the label can be printed? I opted to select the QR code option as well and the same issue occurred.
