Bought item on 22nd feb seller will not mark as shipped or paid so I have no idea what’s going on he will no communicate

Sellers are not required to use tracking, mark items as shipped, or communicate with buyers.
All that need concern you are the estimated delivery dates shown on the listing.
When the last date has passed by at least 24 hours and you don't have your item, you can go to the Resolution Center and open a case for ITEM NOT RECEIVED.
So, just be patient and allow enough time for your item to arrive.

This is your fourth thread on this subject. A few people have already told you the seller does NOT need to mark the item as shipped and that you must wait until after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case on ebay.

I know now I look at guys feedback went from 0 to 1 neg calling him a fraud when I do mine will be 0-2 good day don’t like to get sc———d

If you read ebay's Money Back Guarantee, you won't get screwed. And you should always check the seller's feedback BEFORE bidding/buying.

Take it with a grain of salt. The buyer who left the beg could very well be inpatient and clueless. Wouldn’t be the first time it’s happened. Regardless you still have to wait.
