Shipping mistake, can I cancel and change once label is created

Absolutely - you do not get credited for it immediately, but you will be credited for it - typically in 14-21 days, sometimes much less.

A couple weeks ago, I did about the same thing...except I bought a 1st class label and needed Priority Mail   (I don't ever cheat the Post Office). Simply cancelled the 1st class one, and bought the PM one. It took about 2 weeks to get my refund.  Ebay notified me of the refund.

Hmmm. I've voided probably over a dozen labels and none was credited in less time than 2 weeks.

As others posted, not a problem to void the label, and get refunded.

Just be aware that both #'s will show up in the order details.  As long as one of the #'s gets an "on time" scan all will be well.

We just had one that was 11 calendar days and it was credited back to us.  We have also had ones that exceeded 21 days, closer to a month before we saw the credit.

Yes you can. You will be refunded for the voided label.

How did you state you will ship in your listing?  Standard or  Expedited shipping?

A seller  can always upgrade their shipping service but not down grade.
