USPS tracking says I put wrong address when I didn't?

I shipped Priority now here is the tracking. I already have checked again the address I put is correct, and I've shipped to this seller before.  There was no update today either?

Perhaps the address label got wet or smeared and the numbers looked altered? I live near this area and they are two different cities with different zip codes. Why not contact the buyer and let them know what is happening since you've shipped to them before. Did they move and place a forwarding address you aren't aware of? See what the buyer says.....

Could be an incorrect scan. Maybe a business that was closed. Hopefully they deliver Monday.

If address is correct, perhaps this is a new carrier that may not be familiar with the area, perhaps it was given to the wrong carrier and it is being returned in order to be put on the proper route for delivery. Not much you can do at the moment, since you've indicated the address is correct and have shipped in the past.

Just continue checking, or have USPS send you alerts for the progress of this shipment.

Thanks for the reply. Well I used a flat rate box and I wrote the address. Oh ok yeah I didn't know of the different zip codes. I figured there would be some update today, it says it was out for delivery?

Sometimes it is the mailman or whatever too lazy to mail it that day...I would not worry.

My mailman has done the same and I pick it up the next business day at the post office.

I had a package returned to me once for "invalid address".

I used the address the buyer provided to ebay.

The buyer had a long history of ebay purchases.

I googled the address and it DOES exist ... even a picture of the house.
