My prospective customer wants to buy my kids bilingual books. She is getting this message: "unfortunately, this seller won't ship this item to Texas, United States" WHAT? I didn't put anything like that on my listings, I ship worldwide. Anyone know how to fix this or have it happen? Thanks, Pat

eBay could word this error message more clearly. The reason it says you don’t ship to Texas is that, for this listing, you haven’t specified how you are going to get it there. Recheck your shipping; do you have, for example, USPS designated along with a method, like media mail or ground advantage? And a price (or free).
After you’ve made the changes, tell your buyer to try again.

Shipping for that item shows "Shipping not specified", meaning there's something not set up right in the shipping.
Right now, doesn't matter where the buyer is from, they won't be able to buy it until the listing is fixed.

I had something similar recently.
Buyer was international but using a freight forwarding service (which was using a domestic address).
For some reason the system was picking up their country as shipping address.
I ended the listing, waited 24 hours before relisting.
Buyer was then able to proceed.

Thank you so much! I have found that more often than not, it's something I've done lol

That listing is now looking good from here (NJ) and should be ok for your Texas buyer, also. I think that you fixed the incomplete parts.
