Shipping labels will not print

Every time i try to print a label it gray out and will not let me purchase and print the label. Anyone know what is going on?

Oh I just posted that a few minutes ago.

I have managed to find a work around this glitch. 

I input my package dimensions and weight, I then click "carrier packaging" and again click back to "custom size." I am then greeted with the ability to purchase the shipping service of my choice. 

At least they didn't round up and bill all of our flat rates with imperfect measurements input again... 

And they wonder why no one would dare allow eBay to manage their payments...

Yes as was mentioned in a previous post. I had the same issue and if I would select "carrier package" and then reselect "Custom" it would light the button blue and allow it to be purchased. Took me a few minutes to figure out what was going on but at least it solved it and I was able to print all my labels.
