eBay will not charge Paypal's credit card. They charge directly to the Pay[pal account itself. If you enter "Paypal" as the payment method without the credit card reference it should work just fine.
On the other hand Pirateship WILL let you use the credit card instead of a direct charge. Obviously the advantage is the Cash Back reward the card gives you that a direct charge does not.
