Ebay shipping labels not printing correctly - upside down and tiny

Is anyone else having issues with shipping labels not printing correctly? After repeatedly speaking with ebay support, they have acknowledged a problem with the shipping software that is causing the issue. It is not related to settings on my computer or printer but rather with how the shipping label software is functioning. No matter what size paper it's set to, it outputs the label upside down and tiny. Really weird.

Did no one help with the upside down part yet?   I really think it has something to do with your printer, but maybe someone else will come along and have some other advice.

I’ve had printing issues - terribly frustrating.  Mine are with my Zebra thermal.  The problem is always with my configuration - never occurred to me to ever contact eBay about it.  I don’t say this to be rude - but best to start with the assumption that it is you, your settings, or your equipment.  

seriously - if all else fails, just buy a new printer.

I'm having the same issue.  It just started, this Monday on Feb. 7, 2022 for me.  Not sure when it started for everyone else?  But, no matter what default printer settings I hit, it wants to print the entire 8x10 pages instead of 4x6.    

Yes, I checked all of my settings from eBay to printer settings (dymo 4xl).   All default settings are set to 4x6.  However, once I hit the download .pdf it wants to print the label sideways on a 8x10 setting.  I double checked my settings again, and its set to 4x6?  

I'm not sure what the issue is, but I hope eBay can fix.   It takes alot of time to edit then take a snapshot in .pdf, if you are printing labels on a one by one basis.   I used to be able to download, then print on a continuous 4x6 setting?

Anyone else still having issues with this?
