Shipping labels not coming up with correct shipping method

This has happened on a few orders. The buyer selected Parcel and it comes up in eBay as Priority that is BUYER selected. When I try to change it to back to parcel, there is no option for that in the list . It is only all the priority options. This is under ALL, not just USPS packaging. This sucks as the list it gives me is obviously more money to ship (Priority) than Parcel that the buyer selected. Has anyone had this  happen to them?

For packages up to 10 pounds, the price for Priority is the same or only a few cents more.  The first chart shows online "eBay") rates for Priority; the second chart is Parcel Select.

I know but it is screwed up in the labels to print. The parcel option is not an option even though it is selected and Buyer Selected. Something is wrong with the format. I just wondered if eBay is Aware of it. I know that others are having the same problem. I had to go through Paypal to get the option to print it. It is messed up.
