I’m trying to print a shipping label for an item I sold and I get the message “Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label”. Never had this problem before.
I've gotten that message before. Check your shipping labels page first. Sometimes the label did generate despite the error saying it didn't. If the label isn't there then just wait a few hours and try again.
