Which delivery package should I choose in the US

why do you say that, i just joined ebay for the first time from my friend's recommendation, because they said there will be many different shipping and delivery methods during the week even though ebay has a shipping team but still can choose UPS, USPS, DHL, Fedex,....
So the problem here I want to ask is, which one should a newbie choose, which will be easier to work with because I myself have been scammed once on this issue.

I suspect he said that because the account you're posting from was created 21 months ago and has no purchases or sales on it. 

If your "friend" also recommended purchasing the account, they're not a friend at all. eBay accounts are free for the registering.
