Shipping label problems

I just started sell on eBay about a week ago For some reason I can’t print a shipping label using my phone would that have anything to do with the problem?? Does anyone know what to do to print my first shipping label using my phone??

I've never seen a phone print a shipping label. Can you print a shipping label with your computer and printer? If so that is a temporary solution.

More details are needed on how the phone plays in? Are you trying to trying to link a cell phone to a wireless printer in your home? Or send yourself a teletype label?
