over the last 4 months I’ve had 11 cost adjustments on labels I purchased on eBay. This has cost me over $150. eBay Is saying there is some kind of glitch in the system and they are working on it. The last person I chatted stated they had over 60 thousand complaints. This has to be corrected ASAP!
will I ever get a refund? Any suggestions?

After not getting any through Fed Ex for years I too started getting them in December. Same thing every time, dimensions were correct, weight was slightly less .02lbs roughly less than I originally claimed. Yet the charges kept coming, one every week or so. 26 in total last I counted (13 the last two weeks). I was told they would put in the request to Fed Ex but another rep told me they never did the first few times and never got refunds until the couple times it happened recently. Even after I did, the refunds were for less than the amount that was cost adjusted. For example $17 refund on a $19.23 cost adjustment charge. No one at Fed Ex or ebay could tell me what/why exactly I was getting charged more for. If it continues to happen people people should start reaching out and writing their state's attorney general. It has to border on violating the Bait & Switch law.

Shipping label cost adjustments for what service?

Hi @ed-boo-2u . The FedEx issue is only from the last couple of weeks. If you've been seeing cost adjustments for 4 months then it's likely unrelated (except possibly for very recent charges).
Going back to shipping labels generated before March 18th, can you provide some examples including for each example:
Item Number
Shipping carrier & service
Package dimensions
Weight
Package type (box, tube, etc)
Reason for cost adjustment (if you don't know how to find the cost adjustment info, @ mention me in a reply and I'll post a screenshot).

I continue to get them. I did however receive 3 refunds. I had to file a dispute to get paid back. I just filed 3 more this past week. It’s a long process on the phone and not easy for me because I usually get a rep who I can’t understand. I’m going to start making my own labels to see it anything changes. I still say their shipping calculator is The problem

I just received a $190 adjustment from UPS on a package that cost me $9 to ship originally. Package was 2 lbs and 48x3x3 and UPS is claiming the package was 147 lbs and 55x26x17. I’m now negative $100 on the item I sold because of this. eBay says all they can do is file a useless dispute with UPS. I disputed the charge on my credit card and won, got refunded. And then 2 days later, eBay charged my account to recoup the funds from the credit card dispute I won. What a complete SCAM eBay and UPS have going here.

How do you file a dispute for this? It has been happening to me also. I stopped using UPS and fed ex bc of it. Now the USPS is adjusting my shipping fees, it's out of control. Not sure if it's eBay or post office, but I know it's not fair

How do you file a dispute? With ebay or the postal service?
