Shipping label actual cost displayed at time of purchase lower than ebay shipping fee charged

After my item was sold I went to print the shipping label and the price quoted at time of printing the UPS ground shipping label was only $21.75 and I have an email confirmation from them as well showing the shipping label price of $21.75 but when I went to review my monthly fees I noticed that ebay is charging me $47 for shipping costs. How is that possible?

What was the size, weight and destination zipcode?

I don't know the size of those PS5 boxes, sometimes these "surprises" happen when Dimensional Weight is applied.

Do they break that down anywhere? Like for an address change, which you get charged for? Or anything else unusual?

You can get other charges and unfortunately it's common on Ebay to sellers not familiar with UPS or FEDEX here. The breakdown is on your invoice. You can view under all your charges from Ebay and dont have to wait until ebay sends your monthly bill.
