Is anybody else experiencing the same shipping issues as I am? I’ve had 100% feedback since opening my account almost 4 years ago and never had a negative feedback until yesterday. I sent the item out, USPS took control of it and from there it’s been a mystery. I’ve always shipped 1-day shipping and never had a late handling issue, so to me this is all a big pile of horse manure. Not cool to get negative feedback on something that you have ZERO control over. My days of selling on here are just about over.

First you need to contact ebay to see if they can edit your reply
I’m not sure what is up with the negative feedback. I understand if you haven’t received the card yet, but it’s only been a handful of days. I have cards I bought that were supposed to be delivered on Monday that still say they’re i”In Transit”, so if you’d consider removing the negative feedback, I’m sure we can resolve this rather than taking away my 100% Feedback. I sent you a message."
requesting removal of feedback i nexchange for assisting with ifnding the item is against the rules.
Next you need to file a lost package report with USPS, once the item arrives the feedback will be removable assuming you dropped off the item on time

There's no real reason to get stressed or angry about a negative feedback. No one hesitates to buy from a seller with a 98% rating either. That said, you can probably get that removed easily. Try the automated form first, then contact eBay via social media if it refuses.
That said, your response doesn't help your reputation. Always remember you're talking to future customers more than the person who left the feedback.

If you find the tracking on eBay to be lacking, you can track the ESUS number on this site:
https://parcelsapp.com/en
Remember, eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) is a metered mail shipment so it does not receive traditional tracking scans and the clerk at the PO counter cannot scan it. Instead you should drop these envelopes in your PO's metered mail slot. The envelope will be scanned by sorting machinery at distribution centers along the way.
Common reasons ESE envelopes don't get scans include:
- Overpacking. Envelopes are too stiff. It's not recommended to use trading card top loaders or cardboard mailers.
- Placement of label. Label should be placed in the upper right corner with 1/8" clearance from edges. If it's placed too far from the corner the machinery won't scan it.
With ESE, a 'delivered' scan generally occurs at the last sort facility before it gets to the buyer, so typically the buyer will receive their order a day or two after the delivered scan.
If an item doesn't have a delivered scan and a buyer files a not received claim, you do have insurance coverage and the claims process is outlined here:

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I’ve never received negative feedback, so the “request” was more of a “response” than anything else. I also had no idea that trying to help (as a seller assisting a would be customer), to locate their item was against the law. It wasn’t meant to sound like a bribe. Lol. Not to mention I had already messaged back and forth with him and he admitted the negative feedback wasn’t meant for me, he thought he was leaving it for eBay or USPS, so context has A LOT to do with the request/response. Obviously he was somewhat new to buying, so I was offering to help out if possible. Either way, I asked a question about weather-shipping delays and receiving negative feedback bc of something outta my control, not about mine and the buyer’s communication. And yes, the package was sent out via USPS within the 1-day allotted handling time I have set up for my shipping.

Hi there OP.
I recently purchased some items from different ebay sellers and I have yet to receive mine as well.
It seems any purchases in 2024 may have delays now no matter what kind of USPS shipping you used.
This maybe due to sorting facilities since some are being upgraded that I found out about in the news.
So know its not just you when it comes to his delivery delay situation.
Hopefully the buyer will get there item soon.
Here's wishing you the best with your situation.
