Hello,
I sold my items and provide a USPS tracking number include signature confirmation.
But this package missent and has a processing exception.
The estimated delivery date was Nov 6 but today Nov 14 the buyer request refund for this.
Is there any method to protect losing my stuff?
I can refund if I have a guarantee that the package is coming back to me. But I do not want to lose both the money and the items.
I checked USPS package intercept but it said my package is not eligible for it
Please give me any advice to solve this problem.
Thank you

I'd try calling the post office tomorrow and see if they can tell you what has happened to the package. You have 3 days to respond to the refund request. Let the buyer know what you are doing and keep him informed if you get an answer from the PO. Hopefully, you have an honest buyer that will be willing to work with you for a day or two.
