This is my first time i mailed an item to Brazil via USPS First Class Mail and i am wondering why the item went to Atlanta? I live in Idaho, isnt it supposed to go South instead of East? Also once it reaches outside the US, will there be still tracking, would they still scan it if its first class mail?

1. Brazil is actually further east than Atlanta and much of the eastern coast line and South Americas western boundary is only directly south of the Florida. Take a look at a map of North & South America. Currently it is 12 Noon in Atlanta, GA in the eastern reagion of Brazil it is 3:00 PM
2. Don't think your tracking will show movement further than the point it leaves the US. If you wanted tracking to the buyers receiving address you would pay a lot more.

There should be tracking/delivery confirmation to Brazil with first class international but only if you purchased your postage online. If you bought it at the post office, there probably won't be tracking once it leaves the US.
Only certain countries have first class international delivery confirmation (Delcon) when postage is purchased online. https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immc2_022.htm

The package will probably be stolen while it is being checked by the Brazilian customs department.

But it may take 6-8 weeks if it's not stolen.

Don't ship to Brazil.
