Hi,
I'm a seller located in Puerto Rico and ship daily to the mainland US, local customers and sometimes international locations. Something has changed in the eBay shipping systems that is asking fo fill customs forms on every one of the sales I make, also the system is printing only one label per page on domestic lables.
Also noticed that mainland US sellers are having a similar issue when shipping to Puerto Rico.
Any help on this?
