Shipping error

I am new to eBay and very inexperienced. I had only intended to sell two items and it has been a futile struggle from the beginning. The main problem has been that I miscalculated the shipping and had to cancel labels and order new ones according to the correct dimensions. So far I maneuvered my way through that however my buyer is requesting a return as I incorrectly posted the item she had bought. My dilemma is how to change the Return shipping label to reflect the correct postage. I cannot seem to figure out how to do that and of course I can’t reach anyone directly to ask them either.

Why would you think anyone at Ebay could correct your shipping errors?Thats up to you, as the seller. Those two items should have been local pick up only. You cant change the amount on the return shipping label, you have to cancel it and use the correct shipping and dimensions on a new label.

You ain't wrong you messed up on the shipping. The shipping costs for sure.
