I mixed up the labels on two shipments. Is there a way I can send the buyers each a correct label and have them send the items to the correct buyer?

If they were sent Priority, do a parcel intercept on each parcel and have them returned to you. You will need to check to see if you can and there is a charge. Otherwise, no. You need to email both Buyers now, apologize, fall on your sword and ask them to return them to you thru the return process.
It is an expensive lesson to learn - we write the buyer's LAST name on the box the label is going to go one. And then match it up. Good luck with this dilemma!

@sewfun50 That's a terrible idea. You are the seller and are responsible for getting the item to your buyer. If either of those buyers don't agree to ship the item, you will be on the hook for it. Plus, you are asking your buyers to go out of their way to ship YOUR item to SOMEONE else. They are buyers not sellers. You will also get negative feedback for asking your buyers to handle your error.
Have your buyers create a return back to you. This way it will be tracked using the system and no other errors can occur. Mistakes happen, may cost you a bit but this will never happen to you again. Best of luck to you....

I DO NOT recommend you doing that as you are 100% trust in people you do not know. one or both may not send the product. thus keeping what the other person received and get the correct item.
Correct way is to have them send the products back to you. You can then send correctly or refund both and tell the to keep wrong item. you then can resend if you have more.
