Hello guys,
I have some questions about usps delivering errors. Some of my packages are stuck at usps post offices since february. They must be delivered at march. One of my customer asks refund and now i am in a double mind. What can i do for it?

Firstly, you are shipping plants or herbs from China to the US. Your packages are not stuck in the USPS system as you claim. They are processing through US Customs, most likely. Any country is concerned with incoming shipments having plant material, such as you may be sending. The US has gotten too many invasive species from China that have destroyed some of our native plants and wildlife. US Customs is doing the right thing by inspecting your packages to the US. You will just have to get used to it or switch what you sell and export to the US. Good luck.

If it's past the estimated delivery date, the buyers can file an INR.
If you don't have tracking that shows it's been delivered or shows recent movement, you'll be refunding.

If it's past the estimated delivery date, but within 30 days, you'll have to refund.
