Shipping deducted from Paypal and bank account at the same time.

I just recently started selling again.  After getting an overdraft notice on my bank account, I noticed that the shipping charges are being deducted from both my Paypal account and my checking account at the same time.  I am being charged twice for shipping the same item.  I called Paypal, and they were very nice and refunded a $35 overdraft fee, but I have not spoken to anyone at eBay yet.  I plan to do so, but has anyone else experienced this?  For now, I have canceled my authorized payment agreement with Paypal, but I am pretty sure eBay is the problem.  I can not find my shipping agreement with eBay.  I think it is well-hidden.  Anyone else have this happen?  If so, what did you do?

Ouch! I'm in Managed Payments and now keep a $0 balance in PayPal. You've given me a reason to like Managed Payments.

I will be writing shipping labels by hand until this gets straightened out.   No deductions from eBay or Paypal.

If Pay Pal is pulling the funds from your bank account, it will look like you are being charged twice.

Look at the Pay Pal transaction, and it'll say what the funding source is

It will show a Pay Pal transaction, but the funds actually come from your bank account and not your Pay Pal account.

I'm in Managed Payments as well, but I use ebay shipping to create my shipping labels, so I have to transfer money to Paypal every so often to pay for the shipping labels.
