Added 4 options for shipping, but calculator will only show 1 or 2, not all the options I added. Does anybody know if Ebay has officially recognized that they are having a technical issue with this? Definitely the wrong time of year for shipping calculator issues!

eBay doesn't see this as a problem. They are doing it on purpose!

If you agree that this is a terrible policy, be sure to add your vote to the question posed to Jordan Sweetnam. Maybe he'll realize that there's no valid explanation!

Also, all sellers who sell large, or odd shaped items need to check their shipping charges closely as ebay is undercharging buyers on shipping and sellers are losing money. I use only ebay calculated shipping. I have the items weight and exact dimensions listed in the shipping section before it is listed. Then when it sells, I go to “my eBay” page and click print shipping label. The auction shows the buyer paid $31.53 for USPS Parcel Select Ground and it shows the actual shipping for that service is $36.99. I didn’t change any weight or any dimension. The buyer paid $5.46 less than the actual shipping. I have “large package” selected. I have “irregular package” selected because the dimensions are 55 x 10 x 10 and I have those exact dimensions listed in the dimensions blocks. But when I go to print the label off my eBay, not at the USPS Counter, it is $36.99 through eBay. I have called customer support more than a dozen times for more than 25 of these undercharges. Every time they tell me that they will submit a claim to get support to look into the issue but nothing ever seems to get done. I have to call in every week. It’s getting old. I have lost over $200 in shipping over the last 6 months. My last tech support person even looked up the shipping and says it shows them that the shipping is $31.53. Then they go to click on print shipping label on my page and can’t figure out why it shows $36.99. All sellers need to watch their shipping charges carefully. The problem is on ebay’s end, but they don’t seem to be working to even address it and it’s been going on for more than 6 months. It funny, they sure can figure out how’s to figure their fees correctly!!

Those are both prices to ship to Zone 4; $31.53 is for 27 pounds and $36.99 is for 34 pounds. For that size of package, 34 pounds is the correct dimensional weight. It's as if the label page has the correct dimensions but the listing doesn't!?
It's not necessary to check off large or irregular. The shipping calculator just works with the dimensions given. I wonder if one of those might be causing the issue.
