Shipping calculator in listing does not appear (New)

Hi. The shipping calculator shows it is inserted into listing in the preview but when i submit listing it isn't there.  An amount is there but i want calculte. 

I have been all over help and topics but can 't find solution to this problem.

The shipping calculator automatically shows the postage from your ZIP Code to the ZIP Code of any member who looks at your listing.  When you look at your own listing, you see the calculated shipping to your own ZIP Code, but other members will see the correct postage to their own location.  You don't see listings that say "calculate." "Calculate" shows in preview because it doesn't have a potential buyer's ZIP Code to work with.
