Shipping calculations off

I had a sale for my item, tickets. I sold 6 tickets but when the buyer was completing the tranaction she was charged per ticket. How can I fix this ?

I THINK you can go back to the original listing and send a second invoice, which you should be able to edit.

Sounds like the buyer already paid. If this is the case refund her the cost to ship 5 tickets as a partial refund.

In the future make sure your shipping preferences in the listing are correct.
