Shipping amount discrepancy

I had a buyer buy 3 books each with 3.30 shipping cost.  Ebay combined into one order at 5.24 total shipping.  Is there a refund going to the buyer for the difference?  I printed the order at 5.24 but the invoice shows 9.90.

If the buyer paid the 9.90, and you paid 5.24, you can refund him the difference. You can do it from the PayPal order details.
