I sold an item and the shipping address has both a po box and a street address. I have sent multiple messages via eBay as well as a text message with no response. Not sure what to do.

Of the choices, I'd pick the PO Box. Is the street address that of the buyer's Post Office, by chance?

I would leave the address exactly as it is on the order.

In that case, the street address is most likely the PO address.

The street address is not the address of the post office.

I have changed the details to preserve the buyers privacy but this is what shows as the shipping address according to eBay.
please note that there are four names in the address.

Post Office Box 777
1709 State Street
Chicago, Illinois
This is how I do it on hundreds I have had.
I do not like doing :
PO Box
Chicago, Ill.

Many small town buyers include the PO Box and their physical address. The item will be shipped to the post office to their PO Box. Just ship with both. No biggie

You need to have both. The box is at that address. Not all PO boxes are in actual Post Offices. I once live down the street from a postal annex that was in the back of a small corner ice cream shop.
