I have had several issues from 3 different (Chinese) buyers with this address. Trying to scam me to ship to alternative then reporting non-receipt. Beware!

Is that the address in the transaction details? Are you shipping to that address with tracking? Does the tracking show that the items were delivered to that address?
Could it be that these buyers aren't receiving their items from the forwarding agent to which you're shipping and they're the ones getting scammed?

Hi, how was that transaction going?

These are Chinese agents working out of a warehouse at that address. They try to buy our parts and send back home to copy and then put their copies on ebay undercutting our price. Enter almost any auto part and look at the Sellers with thousands of listings and fancy banners. When they buy from us, we cancel the order, block the buyer (usually with this address) and report them to ebay.

This address is usually used by agents who purchase items for clients in different countries,(usually Asia) then they ship the items to them in bulk. In this way they can save some shipping costs and can buy things from sellers that do not ship internationally.

How did it with the 175 Rickey address? The just won a bid on one of my items and this thread has me second guessing if I should I ship the item?

What has EBAY replied regarding this ongoing concern/matter or have they even bothered to respond to any of you? We just sold a lot for photographic filters to them with an address of 145 Rickey Blvd.
I could care less if they copy the filters in China because they already have a full line of knock off filters they sell thru EBAY and Amazon, but what I am concerned about is them claiming they never received the order and demanding a credit to their account.
We use EBAY's shipping labels, we do not use Pay Pal as a payment option and EBAY is on the hook as far as I can tell if they claim they never arrived. Am I wrong?

Pay-Pal is on the list of payment sources that buyers can use to pay with. As a seller you would have no idea what the buyer used unless the transaction was taken off the eBay site.
If shipping to freight forwarder and have questions about international shipping, open the help/contact in the search box type in international. The drop down will show a number of articles about that subject, the answer to your questions should be found there.

I just had a bad experience with a shipment to an allegedly South Korean buyer at this address. Claims two accessory pieces that were shipped with the camera weren't received. "Buyer" sent a photo of the camera and case. The case which was PRISTINE, has been destroyed. Working with eBay to resolve. Huge pain in the ass.
