I just bought an item from a seller in the US. Originally, this seller indicated no international shipping option. After talking to him, he said he had no problem shipping to my country (Singapore). He then sent me an invoice and I paid him using Paypal. Following this he sent me this message: " Hi wanted to send this out today, but ran into problem printing the label. You need to go to "My Ebay" and put a city in your mailing address. I did it for buyers before twice with no problem, but the third time the guy tried to pull one on me. Ebay could read all the Emails, so it didn't work, but they told me not to ever change the address again. So you will have to do it. Sorry for the problem, Thanks Again, Jeff"
I am not sure what is the issue on his side. I tried to edit my address, but the eBay interface does not allow me to indicate city for Singapore as Singapore happens to be both a city and a country.
