Shipping a tablet with lithium ion battery through USPS?

I have a Amazon HD 8 that I have to ship. I read the rules about it many times but I still have mixed thoughts about it. Just to be absolutely sure.....Can I ship this via priority shipping when its domestic shipment from Nevada to California? When I had to ship this tablet due to factory defect in exchange for a new one, I had to put a lithium ion battery label but dont remember what carrier it was for. Do I have to do the same to this item as well?

You can, but you have to specify if there is a hazardous material when printing your label or taking it to the post office to mail
